In 2015, a family tradition was carried out by Marie Bennett, offering traditional Sicilian Italian Cuisine with signature family recipes. Marie’s offers marinara, meat sauce, and alfredo which are made with the freshest and finest ingredients from scratch. The family originated from Palermo, Sicily and migrated to Philadelphia, PA four generations ago. Marie grew up in the family business since 2003 when her parents owned “Palma’s Italian Grill”. She worked as a server and learned the restaurant operations from her parents throughout the years. The building Marie’s currently is occupying is an original bank building that was built in the late 1800’s. The building is part of the historic registry and has original marble flooring and two vaults that were installed when the bank opened.
