Hill country Texas Bar-B-Q. We use Texas oak to smoke the meat with a dry rub. You put the “Sause” on as you like. You can choose from Brisket, Turkey Breast, Sausage (Regular or Jalapeño), Pork loin, Ham, Baby Back Ribs, Pork Ribs, Spicy Chop Beef or Pulled Pork.
There is a full array of side items: Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Sweet Cream Corn, Green Chile Stew and Jumbo Smoked Potatoes. Desserts include Peach or Cherry Cobbler, Chocolate Oreo Pudding Banana Pudding, Brownies, Rice Krispy Treats and Pecan Pie.
